Highlights
12. We didn't switch balls right away even though the first one we used was bouncy as hell~
11. Not one game had a score of 7-6 (yes, this highlight is for all the Whores out there )!
10. Sam not being super pissed even though his team was 3-6... must be something with being engaged.
9. The jump ball call by Whore on Lims. Resulted in multiple pseudo jump ball calls very time two people touched the ball. Cheap!
8. Justin's millions of blocks on Lester, especially the games that were played early. Everytime I got stuffed, someone keeps sayin "highlight." It must've been Lims. Stupid Lims~
7. Felix's career night of zero points. Is he the new Ray? All D, all rebounding, and no scoring? Lol!
6. Ray's nice blocks. But he had more than double the amount of turnovers than blocks wahahahaha~
5. Felix bodychecks Inho to the baseline wall, then gets a piece of the ball. That was quite scary~
4. Inho recording 8 points in the first 3 games and some good D throughout the night. MVP!
3. Inho's sweet rainbow over Ray in game 2.
2. Luis's team winning the first 5 games, with no team scoring more than 5 points. Cheap!
1. Erick runs upcourt with a head of steam first maneuvering past Zechy, then Jason. Running too fast and with no room to bank the shot, he flicks the ball up and it hits back iron and gently drops in. Crazy!

Injuries
Felix: Sam Toa had both hands on the ball and Felix had one. Sam yanked the ball away from Kaman and in the process pulled his shoulder as well. Speedy recovery ma man!

Hey TT, did you call me by accident Friday night at around 11:45? I picked up your call but you weren't talkin lol... it seemed to me you where clubbin......

If an individual grabs a loose ball, lands on his back with both hands on the ball, leans to the side a little bit, starts dribbling while still down on his back, and then stands up still dribbling the ball, is that a travel? Alf, don't respond because I already know your response hahaha. Felix says it's a travel (seriously).

Alf: "You got to get the situation right. I dropped the ball to the ground. then start moving my back. Therefore, I started the dribble before I moved. I didn't "lean over and start dribbling". The order is very important."

Lester: "It's still a travel. You were lying down. Your ass and back were all touching the floor. Notice that even Whore's not defending you (by not responding to this), since he knows all the rules. In Whore we trust! Travel travel travel!!! We should ask Zechy as well when he comes back from vacation (December 11th)."

A very good night of ball tonight with very even teams. Alf was playing serious for once. That's a rare sight nowadays. So serious he gave Lester an elbow to the chin. I know it was accidental lol. Everybody would've been 5-5 without game 16, but with Stats Whore checkin this, you know that can't happen! As for the floor, it actually had grip! Hope it'll be the same for Thursday. If it's slippery, you know for sure it's the dance people on Wednesday that's doin the honours. Speaking of Thursday, Felix won't be there (staff dinner). Alf will open up. If he's late, kick his ass for us. And go to the other door and ring the bell and get the janitor if you guys get there early / on time. I'll give him the sheet on Wednesday night. Hey Alf, copy and paste the list from the "Thursday" topic. Since I get off work at 4:30 (I'll have it completed by then), that list will be final, meaning those don't show up will get some spankin. Or should we ban their asses?

Highlights too many... here are a few...
7. Alf and Lester calling "carry" everytime Thunder carried the ball (which was everytime he carried the ball up, and it happened quite often). Thunder keeps thinkin we're kidding and just keeps playin.
6. The physical battles between Jason + King and Erick + Sam Toa. Everybody just playin hard, nothin personal, nothin cheap. You guys are all good guys in my book. Cheapness only comes from uhmmm Alf... uhmmm Felix... and uhmmm... of course Luis.
5. Jason's multiple "and 1" finishes. You're so Deron Williams I tell ya!
4. Thunder had 4 trifectas as his team's game-winners out of their 5 wins. Wow wow wow!
3. Thunder's "squat shot" (named by Oliver) in game 13. I wanna see that again. Were you farting?
2. Erick goin between his legs, behind his back, then did an up-and-under on Sam Toa for a 4-3 lead in game 2. His team ended up winning the game 7-4. A very sick sequence there.
1. Alf's pass to Sam Toa. Luis and Sam Lee (teammates!) were both going for the ball from different directions and ran into each other, leading to a wide-open lay-up for Toa.

King: cut on finger, was bleeding; subbed out last 2 games
Lester: knee startin to hurt as I'm typin this. Hope I can still go to practice this Thursday. Sucks to be injured. I know the feeling now Whore.

Welcome Jason's friend Shinjiro to CCWB!

We had 12 guys (13 for the last 4 games because Lester cannot just sit and watch anymore ). I decided to have 2 teams of 6 guys with one sub instead of 3 teams of 4 without subs because less people would sit out each game. For Stats Whore only, I was 3-1 in the games (11-14) I played! From now on I'll call this the "Stats Whore" stat!

Highlights
5. You think Luis is a ballhog? Man, you should've seen Thunder tonight. I'm saying this not because he was the leading scorer, but because he shot no better than 20%. Even I (Mr. Lifetime-single-digit-percentage-shooter) shot at a better clip than him!
4. 2 massive rejections in game 3: Shinjiro on Inho's mid-range turn-around J and Luis's block on Gary with Melo's team down 6-5.
3. Victor receives a pass at the 3-point left elbow in game 9. Normally he'd shoot that 3, but once he saw the wide-open lane, he made his move to the hoop. This is when Sam came out of nowhere to greet him and he slams the ball onto the wall. Should've taken that 3!
2. Trailing 6-1 in game 5, Ray's team came all the way back to win the game with Luis swishing a long game-winning J. Ray says, "that's my monkey!" Ghey! By the way is this the biggest comeback ever? Or had a team comeback from a 6-0 deficit before? I think Stats Whore would know......
1. Thunder's only pass of the night game from the left pocket to Ray, who then tried to do an alley-hoop by catching the ball at his waist and doing a huge windmill of glass. He hits nothing but the side backboard. Somehow his team maintains possession, and it ends with Ray hitting nothing but the right side of the backboard that's below the rim. It's not the first time I've seen that. How do you guys do it? I gotta say it's an art in itself...

Highlights
5. Justin not calling the foul on his drive in game 8 when it was tied at 6. My whole team looked at one another and thought to ourselves, "What? No foul?" Justin says it was obvious enough that he didn't want to call it. Argh! That game was ours!
4. The shooting display of Luis. You still stink. By the way Luis wasn't wearing his signature Mickey Mouse t-shirt, but you wouldn't know it if you were standing behind him because it's also grey (like the Mickey one).
3. Lester: "Was that travel (on Stats Whore's 3-step lay-up)?" Zechy (at the time was score-keeping): "Yeah, but he's on my team." Lester: "Oh......" I'm surprised not one person on the floor saw that lol~
2. Ray-Ray's huge huge block on Jason's attempted baseline floater in game 3. Huge!
1. Stats Whore crosses over Alf in game 6 and Lester from the bench says "Oooooo." But then Alf recovers to block the shot off the bottom part of the backboard. Alf puts his hand to his ear Karl Malone style and says, "What, Lester? What?" The play was actually still alive, and by the time Alf realized it, Sam was all squared up for the trifecta. Alf was flying at Sam but to no use. Everybody laughed after that!

Sorry for posting the stats so late. I was catchin the last 6 minutes of the Rockets/Lakers game and was also eating, that's why they weren't posted last night. Lakers were down 12 points with 1:36 to go. Fisher tied it with 24.9 seconds to go, then Battier hit a 3 with 2.5 seconds to go. Intentional foul on Kobe after the inbounds, Kobe hits the first free throw, misses the second on purpose. Was fouled when he got his own miss but no call. Game over. By the way Magic Johnson has confirmed that talks with the Bulls regarding a Kobe trade is now over and talks with Pacers for Jermaine O'Neal has resurfaced~

3. Alf left at the start of game 7, nobody knew where he was going. Turns out he went to get a red t-shirt with cut-off sleeves, used tape to make a number "7" at the front, and put Zechy's name at the back. You were my first pick dude, you missed 5 games just for that? You can't wait till next Tuesday to bring it? Good god, what a waste of a pick. The records would've been tight like last Thursday if you stayed the entire time. Felix: "You shoulda had the best record with him. But that's the thing with Alf, man... he likes to goof around a lot and do stupid stuff... he only plays serious when he wants to." Bang on!

Remember the waxing of the floor will be completed next Tuesday, October 23rd 9AM and we should be the first people to use the gym after that. The floor remains a topic of discussion between Whore and I even before the night ended. Zechy on a play trying to save a loose ball left a huge skid mark on the floor. Not that it's his fault, but with my very limited knowledge of observing other floors, there is no way that mark would be that deep at any other floor that I've seen. So either that is seriously cheap wax or the coating is too thin. Any inputs? By the way, thanks for all the donations, ladies guys!

Highlights
6. Phantom Luis fouling us. So many fouls called, a lot were questionable. Lolz~
5. Jason running all the way from the benches to the stage to ask Lester, "Did you get the basket Erick scored?" See, there is a whore in everyone of us!
4. Alf did a 2-hand over-the-head pass to a wide-open Zechy at the 3-point line, but that pass was never close. Then Alf started talking (to someone or to himself?!)... Mark goes, "Alf is saying stuff again......" Alf's on drugs I think......
3. Thunder as captain sat out his team's first game. But after Whore scored the game-winning trifecta, Thunder gave himself the 2 points. Can you say cheap? Cheap like Felix? (I got the evidence Thunder, don't even try to talk yourself out of it! ) Back to that trifecta... Whore completely crossed Lester over before he pulled up, just wanna double-check that nobody taped that right? That was soooooooooo embarrassing~
2. Ray's giant block on Jeff in game 5, cherry-picking Alf gets the ball, then passes it to a wide-open Zechy, Z should've put up a shot right away but didn't, the D got back then he forced up a shot then hit front rim. Erick grabs the board, goes coast-to-coast then scores on Ray. Ray blocked the shot for nothing lol, sigh~
1. In the second-last game, Ray dribbles the court past the half-court line. Lester sees the lane kinna open and yells out, "Get a point Ray, you have no points!" Immediately, he goes in for a reverse lay-up (by the way he added one more point in the last game). Lester: "If I didn't yell at you, would you go for the shot?" Ray: "No. I want to keep my points per game at 0.002XXX......%. Now I can't score until 2010 to get back to that average! Damn you!"

Highlights
5. Oliver's George "Iceman" Gervin finger-roll over Ray to tie the game at 5-5 in game 14. Whore eventually put the game away with his second game-winning trifecta of the night.
4. Up 6-4 in game 13, Ray had a huge block on Mark's game-tying triecta attempt. It's payback from Mark's step-back baseline fade and the up-and-under lol. And Ray had 7 points and a 3? Rayyyyyyted!
3. Down 6-4 in game 7, Erick first hits a trifecta from deep to tie the game, then made the game-winning fast-break lay-up.
2. Felix's incredible spin then double-clutch crazy bank that somehow went in. His spun way to deep and had to adjust in mid-air for the ball not to hit the bottom of the rim on the way up. I don't know how you did it man~
1. Tied 5-5 in game 4, Oliver goes for a turn-around 8-footer but is swatted away by Erick. The loose pumkin is then picked up by Jason with his back to the basket in the corner, he turns and fires a trifecta for the win. Can you say "wow"? He got 5 of the 7 points for his team in that game.

Ray makin a no-look pass to Erick (who's on the opposing team) to begin the night. He ended up with double figures in turnovers but had zero points. That's hot~
